Charles Curtis Cumptan's Obituary
Charles "Chuck" Cumptan, 71, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Monday November 27, 2023 at home. He was born June 27, 1952 in Huntington, WV to the late Ernest Edward and Beulah Mae Samms Cumptan. He was retired from CSX and a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife Deborah Cumptan; two daughters Michelle Massie (John) of Ironton, Ohio and Wendy Workman of Proctorville, Ohio; four grandchildren Hunter, Elizabeth, Nickey, and Alexis; and two great-grandchildren Kennedy and Kayden. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
