Charles Robert Ervin , Sr.'s Obituary
Charles Robert Ervin Sr., 89 of Ironton, OH, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024, at Legacy Riverview, South Point, OH. He was born on November 12, 1934, in Lawrence Co, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife Joann Ervin; parents Jake and Edna Ervin; and three daughters Victoria Albert Mathews, Rosemary Crabtree, and Denice Gravey. Charles was of the Baptist Faith. He was well-known for singing and playing guitar. He is survived by a son Chuck (Roberta) Ervin; two daughters C. Kay Wilson and Janie Johnson; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 12 P.M. Friday, June 28, 2024, at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH, with Pastor Jeff Miller officiating. Burial will follow the service at Lawrence Furnace Cemetery, Pedro, OH.
