Charles H. 'Frank' Fuller's Obituary
Charles H. "Frank" Fuller, 75, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Monday May 7, 2018 at home. He was born June 17, 1942 in Proctorville, Ohio to the late Salem and Eva Farley Fuller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Lake Fuller; one son Charles "Chuckie" Fuller; one daughter Carla Fuller; four brothers Clifford, Rusty, Dick, and Salem "Tim" Fuller; and three sisters Corine Singer, Josephine Smith, and Louise Moore. Frank was a construction worker with Local 132 Operating Engineers. He was a Rome Township trustee for 41 years and was a member of Finley Chapel United Methodist Church. Frank is survived by one daughter Sarah Elizabeth (Richard Keith) Boggs of Ashland, KY; two granddaughters Maylee (Austin) Fortner and Katie Fuller of Proctorville; three Maxine Jenkins, Linda Metz, and Ruth Parks; and one brother Harlow Fuller; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday May 11, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
