Charles "Norm" Bailey's Obituary
Norm Bailey, 79, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. He was born on September 5, 1942, in Amonate, Virginia, to the late Howard and Frances Lewis Bailey. He was also preceded in death by one brother Jim Bailey. He retired from Huntington Post Office after 32 years of service. He is survived by his wife Linda Bailey; one brother Greg (Barbara) Bailey of Louisville, KY; special nieces Jennifer Carr and Aimee Kettel; and one sister-in-law and brother-in-law Sandy and Larry Rose. There will be no services held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
