Cheryl Louise Menniti's Obituary
Sherry Menniti, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 68, after a long illness. She leaves behind a legacy of love.
Sherry was born on October 14, 1954, in Ridgeway, Pennsylvania to parents, Louis and Carrie DiIulio who preceded her in death. Sherry and her husband, Greg, started dating at the age of 16. They were married on August 23, 1975 and filled their 48 years of marriage with cherished memories. Their bond shows the true meaning of devotion.
Sherry was the dedicated and loving mother of three children: Adrienne (Jeff Stallard), Scott and Tony. Sherry was also the proud and adoring grandmother to Collin and Felicity Stallard, who brought immense joy to her life.
Sherry was an x-ray technician and clinical supervisor retired from Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church since 1981 and served many years in the Catholic Women's Club. Sherry was prolific quilter and crafter. She loved spending hours in her sewing room creating. She treasured quality time with her family and never missed an opportunity to spoil her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
A mass in her honor will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 2, 2023, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Chesapeake, Ohio. Lunch and reception will be held immediately after.
