Chester Gene Kelley's Obituary
Chester “Gene” Kelley, 62, of Ironton, OH, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025, at UK King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. He was born April 29, 1963, in Ashland, KY to the late Chester H and Virginia Meeks Kelley. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Bambi Kelley; mother of his daughter Elizabeth Maddy Kelley; grandparents Roy and Minnie Kelley, Fred and Lela Meeks. He is survived by his wife Teri Stamper-Kelley; daughter Amanda Gearheart (Josh); bonus children Jana Bartley (Charlie), Michael Church; grandson Connor Gearhart; bonus grandchildren Camryn Carr, Lylian Bartley, Nathaniel Wheeler, and Taylor Church; two furry companions Wolf and Willow.
