Christopher Ryan Kelley, 40, of Ironton, OH, passed away on January 29, 2026, at UK King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Born on February 4, 1985, in Ironton, OH, he was the son of Carl L. Kelley and the late Marilyn Sue Kelley. He is survived by his father, Carl L. Kelley; brother, Carl R. Kelley; granddaughter Jasmine; several nieces and nephews and many cousins. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family.
