Chuck Lewis, 49, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Sunday January 5, 2020 at Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born August 8, 1970 in Huntington, WV to the late Victor and Anita Carol Lewis. He is survived by two brothers Anthony Lewis and Shane Lewis; two sisters Tricia Jones and Tinaka Lewis; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral service will be conducted 7 p.m. Thursday January 9, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday January 9, 2020 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
