Cindy Lee Rucker, 64, of Chesapeake, OH passed away Wednesday March 12, 2025 at Kings Daughters Medical Center Ashland, KY. She was born March 16, 1960 to the late Johnny and Janie Thompson Rucker. Cindy is survived by her brother Johnny Rucker; nieces Carol (Robby) Isaacs and Stephanie Rucker; great nieces and nephews: Robin, Abbey, and Andrew Isaacs, Noah and Jackson Shaffer.
