Claudetta Clutters, 54, of Willow Wood, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017 at her residence in Willow Wood, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Genevie Bailey; her husband, Adam Ray Clutters and a sister-in-law, Cathy Clutters. Claudetta is survived by four daughters, Lora, Missy, Sireena and Becky; two brothers, Randy Bailey and William Bailey; two sisters, Becky Allen and Tina Reeves; fifteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
