Cleora Whitley's Obituary
Cleora O Whitley, age 92, of Proctorville Ohio passed away Monday November 20th, 2023, at the Harbor Healthcare facility in Ironton Ohio. She was born December 27, 1930 to the late J.W (Bill) and Agnes Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kimball Junior Whitley, to whom she was married to for 66 years, brother Billy Raymond Miller and sister Alfreda Christian. Cleora is survived by 2 sons Tony (Cindie) and Glenn (Hallie) Whitley; 4 grandchildren, Matthew (Ashley) Whitley, Courtney (Mark) Daily, Justine (Scott) Minard and Lindsey (Gabe) Perkins; 5 great grandchildren, Braxton, Stella, Cash, Brielle and Beckham. Cleora was a beautician for several years and a lifelong member of Union UB church. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday November 25, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
