Clyde Runyon's Obituary
Clyde Runyon, 83, of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022, in Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born April 14, 1939, in Logan County, WV son of the late Noah and Mary Runyon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three sisters Pearl Sloan, Virgie Ritchie and Christine Shepard; and three brothers, Claude Runyon, Johnny Runyon and Mose Runyon. He was an operator for C J Hughes for many years and an active member of the Proctorville Flea Market. He is survived by his wife, Mildred Runyon also of Huntington, WV; three sons, Clyde Runyon, Jr. and his wife Patty of South Point, Ohio; Herbie Runyon and Carla of Dayton, Ohio, and Timothy Runyon of Canada; one daughter, Loretta Runyon of Huntington, WV; one sister, Ruth Carpenter of Ohio; lots of loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; and two very special friends from the flea market, Jack and Andy. Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate his life at a memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Brady Lipscomb officiating.
