Mr. Waugh was always referred to as "Waugh" by his friends and he had plenty of them. He was extremely good in seeing after elderly or widowed women. Always ready to assist or help with various chores and wouldn't accept payment for his work. You could give him a gift and he would pass it to someone that he thought needed it more than his self. He will be missed by a multitude of friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Waugh and his family.
