Connie Sue Lambert, 80, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Born on April 20, 1945, in Wayne, WV, she was the daughter of Nolice and Erma Bradshaw Adkins. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Lambert; three children, Rhonda Lambert, Rodney (Beverly) Lambert, and Cheryl (Rick Crace) Brumfield; sisters, Nancy (Dennis) Adkins, Bernice Wagner, and Erma Lynn (Mike) Conklin; grandsons, Matthew Sexton, Travis (Becky) Gilkerson, Bradley Lambert, and two great-grandkids, Zachary Sexton and Madison Gilkerson. Private graveside services will be held at French Adkins Family Cemetery in Wayne County, WV. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family.
