Darlene Jeffers' Obituary
Darlene Marie Jeffers, 87, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. She was born September 16, 1935 to the late John and Zara (Fullen) Townsend. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Darlene was a member of Chesapeake Church of Christ. She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Burcham and Terri Hamilton (Dallas); one son, Everette "Jeff" Jeffers (Sheila); numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; one brother, Danny Townsend (Charlette); three sisters, Gladys Moore, Marjorie Rice and Laura Triplett (Bill); several nieces and nephews; and special caregivers, Rachel, Amy and Lisa. There will be a funeral service held at noon on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Langdon Cemetery in Chesapeake, OH.
