Darrell Keith Bumgarner Sr., 76, of Guyandotte, W.Va., died on Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Rose Bumgarner, and his sons Darrell Keith Bumgarner Jr. and James "Jim Read Obituary
Darrell found out I had hip replacement surgery and made two canes for me or of old house cues. Only spoke to him on the phone from where I used to work. Great guy. I will always remember and miss him. I just now found out he passed. He did earn me last we spoke, he didn't expect to make it another year. I wish I had kept in better touch with him.
Darrel was a great person he always had a great story to tell and I enjoyed every one of them. I thought of him and Linda as friends. He did do what he wanted when he wanted. This is not good by it's see you later. Hugs Rusty and Lucky.

Darrell will be missed by so many. I don't think he knew a stranger & as many are aware he spoke his mind. He was as tough as they come but he also had a sweet & tender side. His heart was so huge & he was always there when needed. There are so many memories I will forever cherish. I will deeply miss him & our talks. Many tears are being shed for you Darrell but it's not goodbye it's cya later. Keep the rubber side down & continue to ride those streets of gold. I am sure there is one heck of a celebration going on in Heaven. We love you!

I always liked talking to Darrell, he always had a crazy or funny story to tell! And yes, he did whatever he wanted whenever he wanted and didn't care to let you know! He will be missed 💛
