Darrell E. Stickler, 73 of Proctorville, Ohio passed away on Monday June 10, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents and 9 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Judy Stickler and two daughters, Shelly and Heather; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
