David Lee Adkins' Obituary
David Lee Adkins, 59, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away Wednesday August 26, 2020 at Best Care Wheelersburg, Ohio. He was born December 10, 1960 in Huntington, WV, to the late Donald and Iona Adkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew Jacob Arron. He is survived by his siblings Philip(Betty) Adkins of Proctorville, Donnie (Tammy) Adkins of Chesapeake, Ohio, Teresa (Paul) Ferris of Proctorville, Patty (Andy) Wiley of Chesapeake, and Becky (Larry) Wells of Chesapeake, Ohio; special caregivers Philip, Becky, Patty, and Jennifer Rood; and a host of nieces and nephews that will miss him dearly. There will be no services at his request. He will be buried with his parents at Rome Cemetery. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
