David Allen Blevins, 37, of Waterloo, Ohio passed away Friday, October 8, 2021. He was born September 4, 1984 in Gallipolis, Ohio. He is survived by two children, Angel and David Blevins, his father Tim Blevins; his mother Tammy Brumfield; one sister Arainya Brumfield; and three brothers Josh Brumfield, Zechariah Blevins and Elijah Blevins; and the mother of his children, Stephanie Blevins. He was an adventurous person, former construction worker and loved the outdoors. There will be no services held.
