David C Johnson's Obituary
We are gathered here on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Swan Creek Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio to say goodbye to a great friend, brother, son, father and cousin David C. Johnson, 56 of Valdosta, Georgia. He was born September 24, 1962 in Huntington, WV. His battle with cancer ended Friday, September 13, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father Floyd "Big Jack" Johnson; and his brothers Roy Johnson and Gary Johnson. He is survived by his mother Justine and Clayton Joy; his wife Sherry Johnson; two daughters Amanda and Troy Foster of Valdosta, Georgia and Veronica Johnson of Jacksonville, FL; one son Shawn Rush of Jacksonville, FL; many grandchildren; and two brothers Jack Johnson of Jacksonville, FL and Steven Johnson of Proctorville, Ohio. He is walking on those Streets of Gold with Jesus. David will always be in our hearts and thoughts and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
