David Leonard McCloud, 71, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Hospice House. He was born November 22, 1948 in Cabell County, WV. He was preceded in death by his daughter Cheryl Ware. He is survived by his son David L McCloud; six grandkids; and twelve great-grandkids. There will be no services held.
