David Scott Plybon 1965 - 2017
David “Scott” Plybon, 51, of Chesapeake, Ohio, beloved son of Donna Plybon of Chesapeake and the late David Plybon, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Ky. David Scott graduated from Chesapeake High School in 1984, went to college and received a degree in Information Technology. In his growing years, he always loved to learn. David Scott was an outgoing, friendly person who loved helping people. He had a unique gift of being able to communicate with people. He had many friends and family members that loved him and still love him to this day. He had many hobbies. He enjoyed fishing, hiking, riding his bike, using his metal detector, and he was a huge fan of Star Wars and Star Trek. He spent a lot of time with his wife and two daughters Megan and Kenzie. He loved going to see Megan in the marching band and watching her perform. With much joy, he loved laughing and giggling with Kenzie. He loved his brother Dirk and his wife Kelli and their son Derek. He loved doing things with him like working in the garage. He always said his wife Hope Shanea Plybon, gave him the joy of his life. They were happily married for 18 years. The family would like to thank the staff of the third floor at KDMC and all of his friends and co-workers for all their love, care, and compassion. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, October 30, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
