David Michael Rigney's Obituary
David Michael Rigney, 63, of Proctorville, OH passed away on Tuesday April 19, 2022, at his residence. He was born May 11, 1958, to the late Ottie and Phyllis (Ferris) Rigney. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Rigney and seven siblings. He is survived by one daughter, Jeanie Bevins (J.R.); one son David Lee Rigney (Nikki); four grandchildren Emily and Josh Rigney, J.D. and Madison Bevins; one sister Tammy Adkins (Bear); one brother Dale Ferris, several nieces and nephews and special friends Mary Ruth & Chopper. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 26, 2022 at 7 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Hall Funeral & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
