David Allen Woodyard, 72, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday, July 5, 2024, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with visitation being held one hour prior to the service also at the funeral home.
