Deborah Lee Allen's Obituary
Deborah Lee Allen, 57, of Scottown, OH, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. Born on June 30, 1967, in Huntington, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Betty Ferrell Woods. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Allen and her brother, Stanley Woods. Deborah was a caring mother and grandmother. She enjoyed crafting, reading, watching movies, and playing video games. She is survived by her children, Misty (Bryton Miller) Allen of Patriot, OH, and Richard Allen II; granddaughter, Vanessa Miller; sister, Dora Pennington, and her cousins, Christina (Michael Craig), Leighann Craig, and Rebecca Craig. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 4:00-6:00 P.M. on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH.
