Deborah Ann Tierney Perkins' Obituary
Deborah Ann Tierney Perkins, 73, of Huntington, WV, passed away on March 15, 2026. Born and raised in Huntington, Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Edward Tierney and her mother, Ann Overstreet- Tierney. Debbie worked in customer service and was a longtime employee of Budget Pharmacy. She worked hard for the life she had and was most happy around her family or when she was traveling. She is survived by her three sons, Shawn (Angel) Perkins, Jason Perkins, and Shane Perkins; four grandchildren, Tylor, Haven, Sadie, and Kaden Perkins, and her one and only great-granddaughter, Freya Jane Perkins. She leaves her partner of 28 years, John Beter; her lifelong best friend, Laureen Scarberry-Carter; three sisters, Sandy Tierney, Betty Wilks, and Kathy Tierney; brother, Eddie Tierney, and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Ronnie Tyree, officiating.
