Debra Hale's Obituary
Debra Lynn Hale was called home on August 26, 2025. She was born in Huntington, WV on March 15, 1956. She loved her family very much. Her favorite color was pink. She loved going to Bingo and playing Yahtzee. There was never a time that she did not have a large cup of Dr. Pepper in her hands. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Hale, her parents, Roy McNinch (Huntington, WV) and Maxine Gibson (Huntington, WV), and two sisters, Judith Smith (Hickory, NC) and Marcia Tomblin (Huntington, WV). She is survived by her three children, William Roy Lee (Huntington, WV), Rhonda Sue Ward (Huntington, WV), and John Benjamin Lee (Huntington, WV). She has two remaining sisters Donna Moss (Chesapeake, OH) and Lisa (Bryan) Fry (Huntington, WV). Her four grandchildren, Chad Smithers (Hickory, NC), Taylor Smithers (Hickory, NC), John Lee Jr. (Huntington, WV), and Hunter Porter (Barboursville, WV). Her two great grandchildren Aubree Smithers (Hickory, NC), and Haislee Deal (Hickory, NC). She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. She is loved and will be missed.
