Della Lou Walters, 80, of Scottown, OH, passed away on April 29, 2026. Born on February 14, 1946, in Ironton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Dennis and Margie Holschuh Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Walters and 11 siblings. Della enjoyed planting flower and loved animals. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Walters and Andy Walters; grandson, Brandson Lee Walters, and sister, Connie Wilson.
