Delvin Scott Simms' Obituary
Delvin Scott Simms, 65, of Ona, WV, passed away on Thursday August 18, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. He was born April 3, 1957 in Aiken, SC to the late Delvin & Frances Simms. He was also preceded in death by a son, Nathan Simms. He is survived by his daughter Jennifer (Billy) Rose; grandchildren Carley (Brandon) Ashworth, Caitlyn Rose, Brandy Rose (Noah Beter), Noah Miller; great grandchildren Connor and Bentley Ashworth and Mia Rodriguez; sister Martha (Dwayne)Kuhn; nieces Meredith (John) Batterham and Allyson (Mark) Buerck. Delvin was elected Mason County Sheriff for 8 years. There will be no services held. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your charity of choice.
