Devlin Jennings Wagoner, 45, of Willow Wood, OH, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022. He was born on September 12, 1977, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father William Wagoner. He is survived by his mother Janet Wagoner; daughter Hope Townsend of Willow Wood, OH; two brothers William Wagoner Jr. of Willow Wood, OH, and Jeff Wagoner of Ashland, KY; three nephews Dustin, William, and Jacob Wagoner all of Huntington, WV; and two nieces Olivia and Sophia Wagoner of Ashland, KY. There will be no services held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
