Aunt Diana, oh how I love you. My favorite aunt—you have been there since the very beginning with Hunter Brown (William). We would have never made it without you. Your guidance, your knowledge, your presence—you were there for everything. Even when we lost touch from time to time, we always came back together without skipping a beat.
I’ll never forget how we laughed about you “watching Will,” even though I never went anywhere. We had such great times—laying out in the sun, cooking, listening to music, playing games, and going on little adventures around town. I’m so sorry I wasn’t there for you while you were sick; I truly didn’t know. But I’ll always carry the lessons you gave me: how to put an outfit together, how to make fried chicken, sausage gravy, and toast. We loved watching shows together—Nurse Ratched, Days of Our Lives—and somehow you even made cutting grass fun.
You cared so deeply about everyone, always putting others before yourself. I believe God has important plans for you, and I hope everything is just as we talked about. Thank you for the love, the laughter, and the memories. Much love always,
Amanda Jo
