Donald F. Billups, 76, of Huntington, WV passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born June 10, 1942 in Huntington, WV son of the late Bruce and Louise Bowen Billups. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Billups; and a daughter Missy Easthom. He had worked at Huntington Plating. Per his request, no services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
