Donald Roy Quiring, Jr. 1968 - 2016 Donald Roy Quiring, Jr., 47, of Louisa, KY passed away Friday October 14, 2016 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his mother Linda L. Quiring and is survived by his father and stepmother Donald Roy Sr. and Dee Quiring. There will be no services.
