Donald R. Waugh 1934 - 2017 Donald R. "Bud" Waugh, 83, of Chesapeake, Ohio entered into the Kingdom of Heaven on Monday morning November 6, 2017 at home. He was born June 2, 1934 in Cabell County, WV son of the late Victor Lawrence, Sr. and Ruth Hazel Blake Waugh. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Goldie Waugh, granddaughter Melissa Ann Ellis; grandson Joey Edwards; one brother Bill Waugh; and one sister Sylvia Brumfield. He was a retired foreman from Ohio River Company. He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, Chesapeake, Ohio and Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM. He is survived by three daughters Donna Sparks of Hawaii, Penny Rice of Franklin, Ohio and Cheryl Ann Edwards of Huntington, WV; one son Buddy Waugh of Ironton, Ohio; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one sister Carol Burcham of Proctorville, Ohio; one brother Bob Waugh of Phoenix, AZ; several nieces and nephews; and special friend and caregiver Jason and Sherri Hudson. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Tom Jones. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the funeral home with Masonic Rites to be conducted by Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM at 1:45 p.m. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall or ehallfuneralhome.com.
