Donna Rae Day, 61, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at home. She was born on December 21, 1958 in Ashland, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband Carroll Ray Day. A private family graveside will be held at Crown City Cemetery. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
