Donna Kay Stevens, 44, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Tuesday September 20, 2022 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born February 8, 1978 in Huntington, WV to Howard Eplin and Mary Bowen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jamie Copley. She is survived by her parents; daughters, Chynna Hankins and Haley Copley; son, Trey Copley; sister, Dianna Southard; brother, Ross Eplin; special nephew, Brice Stinnet; one grandchild; many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and her significant other, Clayton Bennett.
