Donna Gail Thompson's Obituary
Donna Gail Thompson, 76, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Thursday October 17, 2019 at home. She was born August 10, 1943 in Chesapeake, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Lewis and Betty Conkright; and two sisters Judy Nance and Janice Dement. She is survived by one son William (Angela) Dutey of Ostrander, Ohio; three daughters Diana Harless of Huntington, WV, Joy (Ronald) Smoot of Chesapeake, Ohio, and Kerry (Chris) Fizer of Chesapeake, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; three great- great grandchildren; one brother Walter V. Lewis of Proctorville; one sister Tonya Adkins of Gallipolis, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday October 20, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Michael Dement. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.
