Doris Loraine Ripley, 97, of Crown City, OH, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehab, South Point, OH. She was born on September 30, 1924, in Elmira, NY, to the late Frederick and Mary Hayes Brooks. She was also preceded in death by her husband Dennis F. Ripley Jr; two daughters Linda Ann Spence and Norma Jean Owen; and daughter-in-law Sandra Ripley. She is survived by one son Dennis Ripley III; one daughter Robin Howell; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren. Private Family Services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
