Dorothy Lee Hagerman's Obituary
DOROTHY LEE HAGERMAN, 88, of Chesapeake, OH, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, December 15, 2012, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Pastor Brandon Dailey officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery. Dorothy was born August 30, 1924, in Kenova, WV, a daughter of the late Frank E. and Sara Evelyn Robinson Baumgard. She was a member of First Huntington Christian Baptist Church in Guyandotte, WV, and worked for 20 years at Macri's Market on Big Branch Road. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Norman Hagerman; her son, Richard Darrell Hagerman; her daughter, Audrey Kay Hagerman; her two brothers, Frank and Walter Baumgard; and her sister, Mary Romans. Dorothy is survived by three children, Phyllis Martin, Brenda Farley, and Norma Jean Hagerman all of Chesapeake, OH; one special grandson, Norman Martin; five granddaughters, Tonya Butcher, Dorothy Martin, Christi Roberts, Erika Jones, and Carrie Leachman; 10 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
