I apologize for the tardiness of this but I just learned of Dr. Smith's death today. I'm so very sorry for your loss! He was such a good man and a wonderful doctor. I was an LPN starting out on 3 West at St Mary's before moving to 5 South. Dr Smith was one in a million who was adored by all of us who affectionately referred to him as 'Bobby George'. Bless you all.
When I did my radiologic technology training at Cabell Huntington, Dr. Smith was my favorite orthopedic surgeon to work with. He was such a caring and kind person. My condolences to his family and friends.
Mike & Teresa, So sorry to hear about your Father's death. I would love to have seen you but just couldn't come to the funeral home. Ken died last summer and I'm still dealing with his loss. I pray you two are doing well.
