Duffie Ann Osborn, 69, of Ironton, OH, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 5, 2025 at Sanctuary of Ohio Valley in Ironton, OH. Born on February 25, 1956 in Ashland, KY, she was the daughter of the late Wallace E. Bess Sr. and Myrl Davis Galligan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Osborn and her siblings, Wallace E. Bess Jr., Jonda Fortner, and Larry Bess. She is survived by her children, Angela Norman, Andrea Burgess, and Rhonda Wederski; grandchildren, Shaine Osborn, Kyle Grutsch, Charlie Ann Burgess, Gwynn Louise Burgess, and Jeffrey Wederski; sister, Connie Bess; niece, Kimberly Evans; nephews, John Bess and George Fortner Jr., and her cousin, Cheryl Forrest. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
