Dustin J. Cooper, 33, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Sunday January 1, 2017 at home. He was born September 9, 1983 in Gallipolis, Ohio to James and Evelyn Cooper of Proctorville, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter Selina Richie. He attended Fairland High School and Collins Career Center. A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday January 6, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church of Ironton, Ohio by Pastor Carson Hunt. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2 p.m. at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
