Edison L Cook Sr.'s Obituary
Edison L. Cook, Sr., 81, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024, at his home. He was born May 28, 1942 in Logan, WV, to the late Homer and Mary Jarrell Cook. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Cook and a son, Mike Cook. He is survived by three sons, Eddie Cook, Anthony Cook, and Joe Cook; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Edison retired from the trucking business of which he was owner and operator. He served his country eight years in the United States Air Force and two years in the United States Army. A private graveside service was held at their family cemetery, Cook and Daniels Cemetery, Chesapeake, OH. Schneider-Hall Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements.
