Edna Mae Ellis' Obituary
Edna Mae Ellis, 81, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Monday September 2, 2024 at St. Mary's Medical Center Huntington, WV surrounded by her children. She was born March 18, 1943 in Huntington, WV to the late Lafe and Dorothy Bragg Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Lloyd Church; sister Wanda Church; and grandson Robert Young. She was retired from St. Mary's Medical Center. She is survived by two daughters Tammi (Mike) Spurlock of Huntington, WV and Kathy (John) Greiner of Dallas, Texas; one son Gary (Ronda) Ellis of Smith Mountain Lake, VA; three grandchildren Brittanie (Josh) Lemley, Corey Lemley, and Madison (Lucas) Lemley; one great grandson Everett Hauver; brother Dickie Church; one niece Jill (Chris) Sharp; and one nephew Lenny (Penny) Church. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday September 6, 2024 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory Proctorville, Ohio. A graveside service will be held at 2:15 p.m. Friday September 6, 2024 at Rome Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
