Buddy Swindler, 96, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. He was born on May 21, 1926, in Miller, OH, to the late Ferry and Bessie Henderson Swindler. He was a retired machinist from CSX and a WWII Army Veteran. He is survived by his companion Kitty Walters and one niece Bambi Henson (Bill). A Gathering will be held from 2 to 3 P.M. September 8, 2022, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH.
