Edward Franklin Lockard, 97, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Sunday June 7, 2026 at home. He was preceded in death by his wife Taccie Ann Lockard. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday June 15, 2026 at Windsor Bible Believing Church Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow the service at Centenary Cemetery.
