Edward Truman Maynard, Jr. 1944 - 2017
Edward Truman Maynard, Jr., 72, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday March 17, 2017 at home. He was born June 29, 1944, a son of the late Edward T. Sr. and Sarah Gannon Maynard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Tommy and Don Maynard and an uncle Jr. Maynard. Truman was the Pastor of Living Waters Revival Center of Huntington, WV. He leaves behind his wife of 45 years Sylvia Jean Maynard; two sons Edward T. Maynard III (Amanda) of Huntington, WV and Robert Maynard of Proctorville, Ohio; three daughters Candy Vaughn (Rick) of South Point, Ohio, Bambi Henderson of Proctorville, and Kim (Jr.) Williamson of Wayne, WV; grandchildren Randy Lowe (Leah) of Wayne, WV, Billy Booth of Proctorville, Justin Lowe (Georgina) of Ashland, KY, Chris Vaughn of South Point, Ohio, Scott Vaughn (Marissa) of South Point, Tyler Henderson (Brittany) of Huntington, Kala Dean of Morganton, NC, Cody Henderson (Tabitha) of Huntington, Savannah Maynard of South Point, Cameron Maynard of Huntington, Logan Maynard of Huntington, Jacob Maynard of Huntington, and Cody Williamson (Chelsea); four great grandsons Isaiah and Brayden Lowe of Wayne, WV and Colton and Braxton Vaughn of South Point, Ohio; and a very special great granddaughter Lily Henderson of Huntington, WV. The grandsons will proudly serve their “Dad” as his pallbearers. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday March 21, 2017 at Living Waters Revival Center, 831 Virginia Ave, Huntington, WV. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday March 20, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
