Elizabeth "Betty" Bumgardner Jeffers' Obituary
Elizabeth “Betty” Bumgardner Jeffers, 90, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Cabell Health Care Center, Culloden, WV. She was born on October 30, 1934, in Logan, WV, to the late Ellis and Florence Thomas Perdieu. She was also preceded in death by her husbands Ernest Jim Bumgardner and Orville Jeffers; sister Dorothy Brennen; and three sons Rik Bumgardner, Ron Bumgardner, and David Jeffers. She is survived by her son Kenneth (Robin) Bumgardner of Proctorville, OH; seven grandchildren Molly (Zack) Abbott, Dustin (Emily Childress) Bumgardner, Scott (Shawna) Bumgardner, Melissa (Damian) Bloom, Joshua (Olivia) Bumgardner, Matthew (Michelle) Bumgardner, and Katie Bumgardner; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; daughter-in-law Karen Bumgardner; son-in-law Hanif Hussain; and brother-in-law Dean Bumgardner. Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
