Ella Walters Burns 1978 - 2017 Ella Walters Burns, 39, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Saturday November 18, 2017 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born March 31, 1978 in Ironton, Ohio daughter of Steve and Carolyn Walters. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Ronald Burns; three sons Austin Walters, Ronnie Allen Burns, Jayson Burns; one sister Tonie Walters (Andrew Curry); one niece Rebecca; and one great niece Skylar. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday November 21, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday November 20, 2017 at the funeral home.
