Ella Jean Chapman Miller, 90, of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, WV. She was born July 26, 1929 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Ernest and Mildred Chapman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Howard Miller. She is survived by three children Mike Miller, Todd Miller and Pastor Gail Chapman. A private graveside will be held at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.
